Coffee Subscriptions

Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely! You can pause or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard or by following the link from your subscription confirmation email. Please note you will want to perform this action at least 7 days prior to your billing cycle to avoid being charged for your next order.

How do I update my personal information for my subscription?

You can update your personal information via your Account Dashboard or by following the link from your subscription confirmation email.

When will my subscription ship?

All subscription orders ship on the 1st and 15th day of every month. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number for your package. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

You will be charged when your next order is prepared according to your Okay Decent Human Club Subscription Plan. For example, if you are on our monthly plan, you will be billed monthly 7 days prior to your order shipping.

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes you can. You will need to purchase this subscription separately and enter the name and address of the recipient in the shipping fields instead of your own.

Since you are the customer, all communication regarding the subscription will be sent directly to you.

Shipping

Can you help with a lost package or tracking information?

If you have misplaced your tracking information for your order, you can contact us and request the Shipping Confirmation email be sent again.

If your package has been marked delivered by USPS and has not arrived, this is due to an error on their part. Please note in most cases, the package arrives within 24 hours of the delivered date. If your package still has not arrived within 24 hours of the delivered date, we recommend filing a USPS Claim as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your package's shipping number. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

Where does Okay Decent Human Brand ship?

We currently only ship within the United States using USPS.
